Purchased a used (Toyota RAVA 4 ) for my 17-year-old daughter. Andrea (Sales manager) and Bill Vogel were friendly and professional. I was very particular about the vehicle as it was for my daughter. They were very helpful and brought in several vehicles that I wanted to look at to the Orchard Park location. My daughter finally found her first car. I am satisfied with the purchase. The sales experience itself was great. My salesperson was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, everything after that point left me frustrated and disappointed.
When we arrived to pick up our brand new vehicle, it was delivered to me visibly, very dirty. The exterior was covered in dirt mixed with rain. Just purchased our third Toyota from West Herr Toyota in Orchard Park. I wanted to trade my 2020 Prius Prime for a 2025 RAV4 PHEV. I worked for almost four months with Brandon McCabe to finally get the car. It was worth the efforts. My deepest appreciation for his assistance. In addition, I’ve always found the service department at West Herr’s Chevrolet and Toyota locations to be of the highest quality.

So I set up a simple oil change on Tacoma, they send me text couple days later confirming everything, following day getting phone calls because they scheduled with wrong team, I reminded them not my fault and they should honor appointment, just a simple oil change! Not changing transmission! They could care less they're now messing up my schedule, they made no attempt to make things right even though they screwed up and admitted it
I waited about 21/2 hrs, but it’s ok, I talked with a guy I know so it was fine.

Saw the car online I had been looking for—it was the only one in the state and happened to be 10 miles from me, so naturally I went to check it out. Wasn’t planning on getting a sports car before winter hits but West Herr gave me a good deal and a good value on my aging car. They made the process easy and everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for their next vehicle!
I was early for my appointment and they took me right away. Oil change and tire rotation done in a little over an hour and the car was washed and cleaned! Price is a little high but isn’t everything.
I went in for a oil change for my 2017 hilander and brad that took my oil chang told me that it wasn’t due for a change so I said can I get one so he Brad told me with a attitude that it will cost me 95 dollars so I hade a min and said I’ll take the oil change , why will west here have a man like that taking care of customers,I felt that I should’ve have been treated with respect not with an attitude.
Service was quick and they washed my car for free. The waiting room was comfortable.

I brought the car in for tpms wheel sensors. $95 with half hour labor to confirm the issue and perform the "free" mulit point inspection which only confirmed rest of vehicle is fine. $95 does not apply to service I chose to have performed at my wife's behest. Cost of the sensors? $145 each. Labor? 90 minutes. Total cost? $720. Complaint resulted in Brad knocking off $35. Cost for new steel wheels, Bridgestone Blizzak tires and tpms units at Discount Tire? $1340, less than twice what I was charged. The were able to give me an appointment quickly. I dropped off my car the night before and was notified of some issues needing correction before my vehicle would pass NYS inspection. There were also some suggestions for repairs needed in the future - air vent filters. I highly recommend WH Ford to friends and family
